Meet Carrie Sherriff
Carrie Sherriff is an Independent Real Estate Broker with more
than 30 years experience in the single family housing market in Southern
Marin. She provides individualized attention, creativity, tenacity and
integrity. Carrie is highly regarded by her colleagues and clients for her
professionalism.
Carrie's clients appreciate her ability to understand their needs
as well as their dreams through her in-depth counseling and assessment. She
demystifies and brings calm to an often chaotic process of selling or buying a
home.
Carrie is especially adept at analyzing offers/counter-offers and
identifying their critical terms and conditions. Carrie's combination of
over 30 years of practical experience with her sophisticated negotiation skills
have earned her a reputation as a "closer".
Carrie, through her own very successful real estate firm, founded
in 1977, has represented clients from entry level to multi-million dollar
properties. She utilizes the Multiple Listing Service, print media, the
Internet and networking as well as her ability to locate properties not yet
known to be on the market.
She implements a team approach between the client, broker and her
corps of experts to achieve a successful real estate transaction. Carrie is
excited to announce that her daughter Kimberly has joined her team. Kimberly's
experience in marketing and staging of properties will help to show a property
at its best, validating the most aggressive pricing and increasing potential
offers.
Carrie is a founding member of the Independent Brokers Network
(IBN), a dynamic organization of more than 35 experienced brokers meeting
monthly to facilitate the marketing and purchasing of real estate in Marin
County. She is also a member of "Tuesday Networking", an elite group of Marin's
top producers, and "Marin Real-Tours", the top 30 agents who meet each month to
network and preview each other's listings by bus.
